At The Cot Mattress Company we understand that you expect your Internet purchase to be delivered to you as soon as possible, and perform exactly as we have described in our shopping pages. We have taken great care to provide you with as much product information as possible, offering you all the information you need to come to a confident buying decision. Shipping
For all orders delivered to UK mainland addresses we charge a shipping fee of only £3.99. We despatch cot mattresses to UK mainland by courier, DHL, City Link Express or sometimes Parcel Force, for next working day delivery (if ordered before noon).
If you reside in the Highlands of Scotland or on a UK island, we despatch your cot mattress by post - allow four working days for delivery. We despatch crib, pram, Moses basket and travel cot mattresses by first class post - most are received next day.
All orders received before noon are dispatched the same day.
Secure payments
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard Maestroand and Paypal. When you send us your personal information - credit card details, address, phone numbers etc - we encrypt these details to ensure that we protect them from unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old. We never ever pass your details on to a third party (other than your address to the courier company).
Receiving your order
When you receive your order, if the parcel shows signs of damage to the outer carton, perhaps damp or split or crushed, please sign for it 'received damaged'. If you sign for the parcel and the outer packaging was ripped and consequently the mattress is damaged, and you sign for it as perfect, we cannot be held responsible. Signing for it as damaged allows us to claim from the carrier.
Refunds policy
We make every effort to describe the products in great detail, however, should you feel that your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is returned to us in the same condition as it was dispatched, and in the original, unopened product packaging with the seal unbroken.
The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please contact helpline@cotmattress.com and we will be pleased to arrange collection. However, it is often cheaper for you to send the mattress back by post. You have seven days from receiving the goods to take advantage of our distance selling refund policy.
Faulty goods
Our cot mattresses carry a one-year warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and it develops a fault, please contact helpline@cotmattress.com giving us the details of your complaint, date of purchase etc. We will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced if the fault is due to an inherent fault in the manufacture or it has not, in our opinion, proved fit for purpose. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Your account
Your account is with 'Baby Junction Limited' and payment on your credit card is made via Protx. Our system will hold details of your sales transactions with us. We do not share these details with anyone. We do not see or ever hold details of your credit cards.
Price promise
We continually monitor competitor prices to ensure that we are competitive. If within seven days of purchasing from us you find that you could have purchased the absolute identical product cheaper from another "solely e-commerce company" please contact us and we will refund the difference. Nobody ever beats us on price and service!
